Join MOVEHAPPY's Mindful March Challenge Starting on March 10th

 

If life’s felt hectic or you’ve been feeling out of focus, this could be just what you need. Taking a few minutes each day to pause, breathe and tune in can create big shifts in how you feel—inside and out.

Mindfulness isn't just about meditation or stillness. It's about being more intentional with the small moments of our day, which can have a powerful impact on our habits and overall well-being. When we slow down and connect with ourselves, we’re more likely to make choices that serve us—whether it’s taking a mindful walk, stretching to release tension or simply being present with our food.

This is why I’m so excited to invite you to join the Mindful March Challenge! It’s a 7-day journey to help you build small but impactful mindfulness habits that will leave you feeling grounded, stronger and more connected to yourself.

When: Starting Monday, March 10th

Option 1: Follow Along with the 7-Day Mindful Challenge 

Each day for 7 days, you’ll receive a new mindful challenge to help you build habits that will nourish your mind and body. See the 7 day guide below.

 

Option 2: Pick Your Own Mindful Habit 

If you prefer to focus on a habit that’s meaningful to you, choose a mindful habit to commit to for the 7 days. It could be daily stretching, mindful eating, breathing exercises or any practice that helps you feel more present.

 

The 7-Day Challenge Breakdown:

 

πŸ‹οΈ‍♀️ Day 1: Slow & Strong Movement – Focus on strength and control in every movement. Choose a full-body strength workout or a gentle yoga flow that prioritizes slow, deliberate motions. Emphasize proper form and connect with how your body feels during each movement. It’s not about rushing through but about building strength or releasing tension with each mindful rep or stretch.

🌀️ Day 2: Morning Mindfulness - Start your day with 3-5 minutes of intentional breathing, journaling or meditation. Taking time to center yourself in the morning sets a peaceful tone for the entire day.

🧘‍♀️ Day 3: Stretch & Release – Take time to flow through gentle yoga poses designed to release tension and promote relaxation. Focus on deep stretches, breathwork and restorative movements to help your body unwind. This is your time for self-care, checking in with how your body feels, and allowing yourself to fully relax and let go of any stress.

🍎 Day 4: Mindful Eating - Slow down and savour your meal. Pay attention to each bite—how it looks, smells and tastes. Mindful eating helps you connect with your body, fullness cues and appreciate each bite more fully.

🌳 Day 5: Screen-Free Walk - Take a mindful walk without distractions (no podcast, no music, no texting). Just you and the world around you. This is about being present in the moment, noticing your surroundings and how your mind and body feels with each step.

🌼 Day 6: Gratitude Pause - Reflect on 3 things you’re grateful for. Take a few minutes to focus on the positive aspects of your life—big or small. Practicing gratitude has the power to shift our mindset and increase feelings of happiness.

πŸŒ™ Day 7: Unplug & Unwind - End your day with some tech-free time. Whether it’s reading a book, journaling or simply sitting in quiet reflection, giving yourself a break from screens helps you relax and improve sleep quality.

Whether you decide to follow the 7-day guide or focus on your own habit, this challenge will help you create simple, intentional moments that will make a big difference in your mindset, mood and energy.
