I started MOVEHAPPY because I wanted to redefine the way we approach and think about fitness. Gone are the days of obsessing over calorie counts or dripping in sweat. Instead, we move our bodies because it makes us stronger from the inside out. Here, movement isn’t just about "sculpting" our bodies—it's about exercising for our health and quality of life.

With a decade of experience in the fitness realm helping hundreds of people with various health goals, I've honed the skills to craft workouts that aren’t just effective, but genuinely enjoyable. My vision? To guide you towards a improved relationship with exercise, where each session leaves you feeling empowered, radiant, and connected to yourself.

Every BODY tells a unique story, and I'm here to honour yours. I coach in an accessible, supported and body-positive way. My passion is helping people find the fitness path that is enjoyable and works for them to build functional strength and change their lives to be healthier in a simple and sustainable way. 

I have been through a major transformation of body and self, going from being very overweight and low, to being healthy and happy and feeling like I have never loved myself and my life more. My journey and challenges may look different than yours, but I understand the challenges, I've been through it, and I am here to be your enthusiastic personal cheerleader along the way.

Hi, I’m Liz. I’m a Holistic Nutritionist with a passion for making healthy eating easy and delicious.

I’m obsessed with helping people create supportive nutrition habits that feel realistic, but also transformative. Using the skills I developed over years of  medical health coaching and nutrition consulting, combined with my passion for real food cooking, it’s my mission to help you find more energy, experience more confidence, and discover a balanced relationship with food and your body. I like to keep things simple- no unnecessary restriction, no fad diets, no body shame- just a flexible, supported approach to feeling good that starts with eating well.
