If you'll be taking any of our fitness classes, we highly suggest investing in free weights (dumbbells). These will help you build muscle so you can get stronger!
Having a light set (2-5 lbs), a medium set (5 to 10 lbs) and for some people, something heavier (10-15lbs) is suggested.
We also like to use bands in our classes, which includes the roundie/circle bands (i.e., the ones that can go around your thighs) and a long band (the cheap ones you can get on Amazon).
Please also make sure to have a chair, couch or bench handy for our seated exercises.
