A Little About Me! Your Health Coach & Exercise Specialist
Hi, I'm Sarah! With over a decade of experience in fitness and health, I've dedicated myself to helping individuals of all backgrounds and abilities get moving safely and effectively.
I hold a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from the University of the Fraser Valley, and I've furthered my education with an undergraduate certificate in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the American College of Sports Medicine. As a lifelong learner, I'm committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in exercise science to better serve my clients.
As a Kinesiologist and Clinical Exercise Specialist, I've worked with clients facing various challenges, from managing underlying health conditions to overcoming injuries and maintaining consistency in their exercise routines. My approach is rooted in personalized care, tailoring exercise plans to each individual's unique needs, goals, and medical history and most importantly, having a bit of fun along the way too!
I'm passionate about empowering my clients to build sustainable habits and lead healthier, more active lives. Whether you're new to exercise or seeking to overcome obstacles on your fitness journey, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
