After a comprehensive health questionnaire and free, 30 minute consultation, I will design you an exercise program that’s completely tailored to you based on your goals, medical history, current fitness level and lifestyle.
You will never have to second guess the how, when or what. My programs are completely thorough, including video instruction and continuous access to me for any additional questions.

Check-ins are weekly to ensure you're making progress and staying motivated. These check-ins allow me to monitor your progress, address any challenges you may be facing and adjust your program as needed to keep you moving forward. With consistent support and encouragement, you'll be better equipped to overcome obstacles and maintain your momentum.
Focused 1:1 Coaching Sessions Completely Tailored To You
In addition to regular check ins through our app, each month you'll receive a 45 minute 1:1 coaching session with me tailored to your unique needs and goals.
During these focused sessions, I will provide you with customized advice, support, and strategies to help you stay on track. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, enhance your nutrition, or make overall lifestyle changes, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

- BOOK YOUR FREE, 30 MINUTE CONSULTATION: Once you complete the form, your coach will reach out to you within 1 business day to set up a free, 30 minute consultation over the phone or Zoom to dive deeper into your goals and to answer any other questions you may have. It's a great opportunity to get to know each other and to make sure we're the right fit!

A Little About Me: Your Dedicated Health Coach & Exercise Specialist
Hi, I'm Sarah! With over a decade of experience in fitness and health, I've dedicated myself to helping individuals of all backgrounds, lifestyles and abilities get moving and adjust their habits for good.
I hold a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from the University of the Fraser Valley, and I've furthered my education with an undergraduate certificate in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the American College of Sports Medicine. As a lifelong learner, I'm committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in exercise science and behaviour change to better serve my clients.
I've had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients, from busy moms and entrepreneurs to those managing health conditions or recovering from injuries. My approach is all about personalization—tailoring each exercise plan to meet the unique needs, goals and challenges of the individual. Whether it's helping someone find consistency in their fitness routine, navigate around physical limitations or simply carve out time for themselves, I’m here to support them every step of the way.Â
